Exercise Circuit Classes
Run by local fitness instructor in New Buckenham village hall on Tuesday and Friday mornings. There are two sessions 09.30 - 10.30 and 11.00 - 12.00 on both days, all ages and levels of fitness catered for. We have a very friendly and easy going atmosphere where everyone is made to feel welcome.
