Old Buckenham Carpet Bowls club meets every Tuesday at 7 pm in the Village Hall. Anyone who would like to play would be most welcome. You may come and try the game for free for three weeks. This is more of a social bowling club, although we do still play in the South Norfolk League.

Norfolk Youth Brass Band Musical Director: Alan Broadbent
The Norfolk Youth Brass Band was created to provide an avenue for young players to have the opportunity to extend themselves musically, to explore music that they might not otherwise have the opportunity to rehearse and perform, and to experience aspects of music making that might otherwise be closed to them, such as conducting and committee management. Members of the band receive:* Free tuition * Free masterclasses * Sectional rehearsals * Full band rehearsals * Conducting classes
There is no charge for membership of the NYBB plus there is a small financial travel subsidy available to those most in need (this being subject to available funding).
