The Mobile Police Office, one of three in the county, performs exactly the same role as offices in Police Stations, where members of the public can make general inquiries and produce documents etc.

The office is staffed at all times by two specially trained Public Enquiry Officers; a Police Officer also patrols the parish whilst the mobile unit is in the village.
